Putting the bottom line up from, or "BLUF" as it's commonly referred to, can make your writing more clear and improve communication at your job or in your personal life. It's is a simplified communication strategy where you say the main point first. It's widely used in military and industry communications, and very similar to the tl;dr (too long; didn't read) style of summaries that got popular for large online posts.

Find the little solutions
Sometimes the best thing you can do is find the smallest pain point for yourself or your team, and fix it. We spend a lot of time trying to solve big problems, but getting a quick win that actually makes people's lives better can often be the most impactful use of your time. Think about your day to day life. What's something you do regularly that would be great if it worked just a little bit better?

I'm sure you've heard the phrase "time is money" as a way to say that we should work hard and avoid laziness, but time is actually the most valuable resource we have. You can exchange your time for money by working right up until the end of your life, but you can't magically get more time. What you can do is learn to optimize your resources to save yourself time where it counts, and use that time in the best way for you.
